I recently joined family premium. When I went to access spotify I selected one of the other family members phones by mistake and now have all their playlists in my phone and not of my original ones. How do I fix this problem?

It seems you've signed in with another account on your phone.
Just go to Your Library and open Settings, the gear icon top right corner, scroll to the bottom and tap Log Out.
After that just tap Log in and fill in your credentials of your own account and you should be good to go.
