Device limit

Device limit

Hi I've recently replaced my iPhone and so unable to use spotify as it says 3 device limit reached.

It's including my old phone that is in a recycling heap somewhere. Poor service.

Please help

I always see people requesting this, but it seems to me that you can just reset it yourself now.  When I have restored my iPhone, I've gotten the message, but it just says close and restart Spotify to fix it.  I always do that and then have no problem syncing playlists.

 

Am I missing something here?

That is what in theory should happen, but sometimes the system seems to fail to reset and you constantly get the "Offline License Withdrawn" error message.
