Discover weekly has not updated in a year

My Question or Issue

I recently restarted my Spotify account. My Discover Weekly did not update today as I expected. The last time Discover Weekly updated was a year ago. Will it take time for the discover weekly to start updating again? Likewise, my Release Radar has not updated for a year either. 

I have already tried unfollowing both playlists, logging out, deleting the app, reloading and refollowing. No luck with that.

This seems to be a known issue and it is under investigation here. I recomend you to follow the steps described there and also vote for it so it will catch more attention. Hope this helps and have a nice day 🙂
