Does "Sort by" appear the same for followers

My Question or Issue

If I have a playlist sorted in a certain way (by Artists, for example), does the playlist appear sorted in the same way to my followers? I would like for it to appear the same, but I don't know if it automatically does or if my followers have to click "Sort by Artists" themselves.

Thanks for your question 🙂

No - users select their own criteria by which to sort a playlist, even if you were the one who created it. So, even if you sort your own playlist by Artist in alphabetical order, it won't sort it like this for other users.

That's a shame. I think it would be better if a playlist appeared as the maker set it to (eg 'recently added' ⬆️ ) with the option for the follower to then change it.
