Does updating iOS delete my downloaded music?

I am planning to update my iOS 9.1 to 9.2. Will this process delete my offline/downloaded music?

I understand that updating iOS basically uninstalls then re-installs my apps, but how about the data for Spotify app?

Just updated myself, and all songs are still there. Cant diwnload new sings though...but that was a pre-existing problem

Thanks for answering! I hope the "can't download new songs" will be fixed soon..
