Downloaded music disappears again and again

Downloaded music disappears again and again

Hi there,

maybe somebody can help me. I was searching for an answer to the problem and it seems that I am not the only one to have it. But all the given answers could not solve it. I am using Spotify Premium only on my iPhone 6, no other device, no other account. But downloaded music just disappears again and again. If there is no solution for this, I will cancel Spotify because this is just too annoying.

Give up and go to another music service provider that is competent and understands client service.
I have had the same problem recurrently on both Android and IOS systems.
Spotify simply dont give a darn, either to fix it or to respond to or engage with their customers.

I have the same issue. Downloaded songs on my iPhone (with iOS 10.3.1) dissapear and then I have to re-download. It happened twice this month. My total download catalogue is 40GB but then last month, it dropped to 5GB. I downloaded all songs again and today the same thing happened. 40GB dropped to 15GB. This is new as I've been a Spotify Premium user for 5 years and only recently has this began happening. Please fix so I don't lose my offline music when travelling and have no internet. Thanks
