My Question or Issue

Don't play my downloaded music anymore. The podcasts are still working. I noticed that after the data volume of my mobile phone contract expired the day before yesterday. Possibly it could also be connected with the fact that the memory was full for a short time. It should always remain 250MB free.

 

I have already completely deleted the music and downloaded it again. App deleted and downloaded again. No change!

 

What else can I do?

Hey @KlausHausK, I'll be happy to help you here.

 

It seems like you're on an iPhone 5s, running iOS 10. The latest iOS version available is iOS 12.3.1. I'd recommend updating it to the latest software following these steps and see if the issue still occurs.
