Downloaded music not showing

I added all of my music and downloaded all of it.
It was fine offline for a bit and then I went into it and went to the albums and artist sections and there was nothing there.
I needed to turn on the data for it and then let them all load and then it shows everything there downloaded.
Turn off the data and it will be fine for a little while and then the same thing will happen

Same issue for me. Had to wipe and restore my Apple ID on phone and reinstall all my apps. 

Since then EVERETIMS  i use Spotify I have to re download ALL my music.

Online is fine.
