Downloading music vs. Offline Music - and how do you even use Spotify Premium?

Hello - I am looking for information on creating offline lists for Premium use, or what the Premium package even includes.

Yes, it's a nice website with lots of giant pictures. But it is severly lacking in straight forward information. I have to scour bottomless pits of forum questions (and some spiral into useless conversations). This website is not intuitive and is very frustrating. The links on the pages below are not clickable. Are they supposed to be? Or are parts of the website down? (Using Mac OSX Safari, Chrome & Firefox)

Have you considered paring down the extraneous features and providing customers wtih the juicy bits?

Hi,

Ok, that's odd, they won't open for me either. I'll escalate it over to the staff so they can check what's going on with that page.

As for the difference between the 3:

Free: Has ads. After 6 months, a 10h/month limit is imposed along with a 2.5h/week.

Unlimited: Unlimited listening with no ads (i..e no hour limit).

Premium: Unlimited Listening with no ads, mobile usage, offline syncing, High quality mode.

Hi Anthony -

Thanks for the reply. I understand the difference between the 3 which is why I signed up for Premium. But there's no easy way of learning how to use it, the difference between downloading and offline music, or how to buy music.

When I post questions to the forum I receive ridiculous emails that I've been "upgraded to VIP", etc. Please get rid of that, I'm not 10 years old. I'm here for answers, not false praise.

What is the difference between Play Que, Local Files, and your play lists?

The Activity panel never updates.

What is the point of following bands if you can't add them to a radio station (Pandora-style)?

I just feel that Pandora is the better deal, commercials or not. There's no learning curve and it's incredibly customizable. The big ticket item for me is the ability to create and delete radio stations, and Spotify is incredibly behind the curve there.

Rather than having your customers sort through forums for answers, why don't you just have a website that better explains your services?  I'm currently paying $10 per month to spend too much time in forums for basic answers. It's like Spotify is trying to make me hate music.

Thank you,

*jc
