Downloading music

Downloading music

Please help.Spotify won't return my emails. My downloaded music doesn't stay that way when I go back online. As soon as I go offline I have to redownload my music every time. I've tried to reinstall and that hasn't worked.

Did you get some kind of error message when you need to download the music again?

Nope. Not at all.

Are you trying to download music on more than 3 devices?

 

Have you tried logging out and logging in?

I use 2 devices but I only download on one. It's really mind-boggling. I never had this problem before and I've been using 2 devices for quite some time.

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉
