Downloading songs.

I've had Spotify for over a year now and its been the best music app I've ever used. Although just today I got an iTunes gift card so I can use the premium. Then I did so and I went to redownload all 3000 of my songs on there and they won't download. I've got in iPhone 6 ios 9.2 still with 28GB of space and I've been on the app for 30 minutes now and it wont download! Please help!

I think that the issue could be due to your phone having insufficient space for all the 3,000 songs if you're downloading them in Extreme quality.

First, head to Settings > Streaming Quality > Under "Download Quality" and changing the selection -- see if your songs start downloading.

If all else fails, try downloading your music in batches. Create separate playlists (probably in batches of 200 - 500) and then make them Available Offline.

I've less than 200 tracks saved offline and Spotify takes up 3.3GB of space already.
