Error: 127


I have recently got an iPhone 10 and I have not been able to listen to music at all every time I try load anything on the app it won’t work. I have tried uninstalling the app, resetting my phone, changing my password, logging out of all accounts and few more what else can I do?

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're sorry to hear that you experience this.


In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This is different than a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. 


If that doesn't do the trick, can you log in with another account - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist.
