Error 404 on iPhone after upgrading to family plan

Just upgraded to the family package and sent an invite to my fiancé and she can't log in.This is a problem we've had for two day's now.Any ideas of what's going on?

Hi,

Please make sure she logs in using 'firstname.lastname' as username instead of her email.

That didn't work either 😕,looks like I'm going to just cancel this family plan after all,to much hassle.
