My Question or Issue

I get an error that says something like “something didn’t go the way it should” (translating the message from Spanish).

This error appears every time I search for a song, an artist, album,... also in the tab “home” or whatever its name is English. I can only access my playlists.

Hi there!

 

If you've turned the offline mode on, you will only be able to access your downloaded songs. If this is the case, you can turn it off. If it's already off, you can check your Internet connection, maybe try to change your network, like Wi-Fi to cellular data.

Thanks, but I’m using a free account, so I don’t have offline mode as far as I know.

Just to rule it out, have you already tried a quick or clean reinstall of the app? This tends to clear up any quirks you might be seeing. 

You can find a walkthrough here if you haven't given either reinstallations a shot yet.
