Extended caching for spotty cell service

I visit many areas that have spotty cell service on T-mobile and At&t.

Spotify's no-network cache is just a bit too small with some of the dead spots in Illinois.

Data rates are anywhere between .1 and 1.5mbps or up to 100mpbs and vary wildly as the miles fly by.

I have many gigs of free space on my iPhone and truly unlimited data, so there is no worries about chewing through my service plan.

All of the spotify settings don't have a cache size and this is something I really would enjoy to make the miles go faster.

For now, I'll download a ton of offline music, but to have the current playing radio station do this automatically would make things simple and easy.
