i am trying to sign my son up to the new family premium but it keeps saying he needs to be in the same country.
i have re checked many times to make sure they have the same country and postcode on their accounts but it still won't let him except the invite...
Did he or you create the Spotify account through Facebook? If so, your fb country may prevent him from having the correct one in his Spotify profile. Those also should match.
