Family subscription, but able to listen only 1

I have family subscription. For me, my son and my wife.
My son has an iphone but with his subscription I always get my settings and of course I cannot play at the same time. I log on using his own fb account. Why do I get my settings and how can I solve that he can use it too?

All members of a Premium for Family plan need to have their own account to be able to listen to music at the same time, have their own playlists etc.

If they don't have a Spotify account yet, then they can sign up at https://spotify.com/signup.
