Filter within Playlist disappeared after latest update on iPad

My Question or Issue

 Since the 8.4.8 version, the filter bar is not shown when I pull down within a play list. This used to work very well before this. Especially because there is no way to bookmark a song within a playlist, I would take a snapshot of the playlist and song. When I came back to listen, I would identify the song using the picture, go to the play list and filter by the song. Now I cannot do that. 

What happened to the filter bar?????
