If you are paying Apple for Spotify, then you would need to try a forgot password link with them to cancel the subscription as that is set up on their end. Keep in mind that Spotify offers a good price directly through www.spotify.com/premium and in many countries, qualifying university students can also receive discounted Spotify Premium by going to www.spotify.com/student
