Free mobile app trial - 47 hours remaining but won't let me stream anymore

I just downloaded the mobile app an hour ago - have 47 hours remaining on the trial period. Everything was working well for the first bit, but now when I try to stream a track I get a notification that "only premium users can stream on demand". Anyone else have this problem and were able to fix?

Hey,

I've taken a look at your account and you should be up and running with your 48 hour trial. Try logging out and back in again, and it should appear on your account.

Turned off ipad. Logged out and logged in. Still did not get my free trial. Nays I must have premium.  Does it work in UK.

Is your account subscription status in your online overview displaying premium is active?

If so, try a clean reinstallation of the app.
