Free spotify upgraded to premuim. Shazam songs still be saved to free account

iPhone: Had free Spotify account with albums and songs. Upgraded to premium and when I look to save Shazam to premium Spotify it's saving to old free subscription account. 

If I open Spotify on phone through the Spotify app, the new premium account is present.  Login for premium is email and password. The free Spotify account will reappear when I log out of a premium account and login to free account through Facebook.  

Is there a way to sync free over to premium account? and how do I get Shazam songs to save in premium Spotify rather than free Spotify?
