Friends profile and playlist not loading

I don't know why but  the playlist for someone I'm following won't load? They have informed me everything is OK at their end though they did have the same problem with mine a while back. How can I fix this?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

There was a social issue at the time when you posted this. It has been fixed now, so is it working yet for you?

If not, try a quick Clean reinstallation of Spotify and it might just fix it.

@ag0109 - Spotify are working on the profile and social issues which have been misbehaving for a few days now. According to Twitter they are still working on it:
