GET RID OF SPOTIAMB

I have Spotify Premium and whenever I am in the middle of listening to a playlist it cuts off songs to switch to SPOTIAMB and then starts playing weird music that is completely unrelated to what I listen to.  I am about to cancel my subscription if there is not a way to turn this off.
