Going crazy can't reinstall

Hi,

Can someone please help?!?! I used to have Spotify version 1.0.0 on my Ipad (version 6.1.3) I pay for the premium monthly package.
However, something went a bit wrong with it so I decided to uninstall then reinstall. Except it won't let me reinstall or update now. The box in the 'updates ' section of my Apps is faint, so I cannot click on it. When I go into ITunes to purchase it, the 'free' box is faint and unclickable.
It appears to still think I have it, but it is nowhere to be found, apart from being listed in my Settings-Notifications section.

Can you hold the home and lock button until the Apple logo appears on your screen, that should do a reset on your phone and fix what is happening. Once it's booted back up just reinstall! 🙂
