Got new iphone now someone at work deleted my library through sonos

My Question or Issue

Had android and spotify with no issues for years and just got and iphone8 and added my spotify. Today someone at work (I think) using our sonos system connected to my spotify accound and deleted my entire library and it was replaced with random music I've never heard. Can I get my library back? How can I prevent others from using my account that I pay for and delete my music? Why would spotify allow random people over a shared network to have a backdoor into my account without me knowing? Another weird thing is that I had my phone connected to my car over bluetooth and I could still play all of the songs from my deleted library. This is all very buggy and concerning.
