Greyed out tracks after cancellation

Hi, A couple days ago my Spotify was cancelled, all good. But ever since my iPhone wont let me play any tracks, they are all greyed out, but if I click shuffle it plays (in shuffle obvs). 'Offline Mode' and 'Available Offline' are off. Theres a screenshot here: http://m.imgur.com/GNP9UFg. Anybody able to help? Thanks

Yes, if you downgraded to a free or unlimited account, you can only listen to music on mobile using shuffle, and offline will be disabled. It sounds like everything is working as designed.

Thanks for the reply but i could play songs freely on a free account before the upgrade

You might have been on a free trial. There's definitely no way to play songs on anything but shuffle via phone unless you have premium. You can still play tracks as you like on desktop or tablet, but offline mode will be unavailable everywhere.
