HAVE TO HAVE WIFI CONNECTIO TO USE OFFLINE MODE -EVEN AS A PREMIUM MEMBER AS YOU HAVE TO CONNECT THRU FACEBOOK-PER EMPLOYEE EMAIL YESTERDAY

Every time my iPad is turned off, theOffline Mode settings change to NO. I keep turning it back to yes. I can't get WiFi at work so I emailed Spotify...that's not an easy task let me tell ya. It's like they don't want to help their customers even if you're premium. The reply I received was...Sorry about the problems you are having. It's now necessary to have a Facebook account to create a Spotify account. So, if you'd like to continue to enjoy Spotify, you'll need to re-activate your Facebook account. Premium users are supposed to be able to use OFFLINE MODE and NOT have to be connected to WIFI. SEE ALL THEIR PREMIUM USER BENEFITS.
