Solved! Go to Solution.
This sounds very similar to the long running Nuvo audio issue - 'Connecting to the Nuvo audio system not working'. The short term fix was to set your router to use Google's DNS servers, and this worked for me using my NAD media streamer. My DNS is pointing to 8.8.8.8 and this seems to work.
Hey @Ryondaisuke,
Thanks for posting in the Community.
Could you first check for firmware updates on your device?
Does the issue occur while using a different network connection, e.g. a hot spot from your phone?
It'd be worth a try to check the DNS settings on the HK device and change them or perform a factory reset on the speaker.
Let us know how that went and which DNS you're using,
Cheers!

Hello,
I have excatly the same problem with Aura HK ? have you find the solution ?
Thanks
Did you try setting your DNS sever as I recommended? Please try this and let us know if it worked for you.
It seems like this is a generic Spotify Connect problem, but if the updated DNS does work, there could be an Aura Plus specific issue.
Thank you very much for the responds ,Guys. and so Sorry for my late reply. I have Fixed the Issue by changing the DNS on the router/internet modem into Google DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 ,Restart the router ,make sure other devices also running the same DNS. I was using the DNS provided by my ISP in the first place, I totally forgot that they recently reset my modem into their default setting. now the Spotify Connect is working perfectly!
Update: My Desktop is running on DNS 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1 while on VPN, they also seem to work just fine.
Well i finally solve the problem by rebooting totally my modem.
Thanks for your help guys 🙂
