Hey there!

Can you tell me what's happening exactly? 🙂

When we follow steps to add a member it won't let them establish an account.  The message reads "this email has already been used".  What I really want to do  now is go back to my individual premium plan and let family member set up a his own account.  It's not worth saving $6.00 for family plan!

When your family member recieves the link, make sure he/she already has an Spotify account and that he/she is logging into this account. If you're still experiencing any problems after that, I would advice you to contact Spotify.. 🙂

I fill out the family member form and hit invite and I just get a message saying that something went wrong. I suspect that it is because my stepdaughters don't share my last name

 

When I enter the email address to invite my family member it says it is not the requested format
