Help with Spotify on my phone

I am able to Spotify on my laptop prefectly. Recently I go to use it on my phone and it'll be loading for about 5sec and then it kicks me out of the app. Not sure why..

Hi @Tylercapp3,

 

Have you tried loading the app in a different internet connection?

 

I'd recommend you do a full power off by pressing and holding the front and lock buttons together until the apple logo appears on the screen. 

 

A clean reinstallation also may help.

I have tried a different internet connection.

I have also tried restarting my phone.

If I do a reinstall, will I lose all the music on my phone?

Actually you will lose any tracks you've synced offline. You'll need to resync them again afterwards.
