Help with disappearing downloads

My Question or Issue

I'm on a road trip through Europe and downloaded a lot of songs on Spotify so that I don't have to stream from roaming mobile data. It worked fine for two weeks but today I woke up and all the songs I had don't appear as downloaded anymore. I can see that spotify takes 25GB of space so the music has to be somewhere. 

I have been offline for the past two or three weeks. I restarted my phone before observing the issue, don't know if it's related. 

I don't see any filters enabled, I made sure I'm logged in with the correct account. Don't know what else to do. 

Please help, I don't want to listen to radio for the next two weeks.
