It signed me out of my Spotify account. I tried to open the account and it says my username or password is incorrect. I reset my password but it still does not work. I proceeded to reinstall the Spotify app and turn on and off my iPhone and i continue to recieve the same results, that my username or password is incorrect. I've logged onto safari andit works perfectly fine but everytime I try to log on with the app it's saying there is an error in my password or username.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
