Has this bug returned?
My mum would like to switch to Spotify from iPhone but her home page won't load. If she clicks on the Premium button it says "Reload", but she's online.
No point in upgrading to premium the home doesn't work!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Don't worry. Help is here 🙂
We'd suggest she stars off by restarting the device. Then she can log out and log back in to the account.
If that doesn't do the trick, she can give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. By doing that she can make sure the cache is not leading to this issue.
If that doesn't help, she can try on another device. That way we can see if it is a device-related issue.
