How to add multiple songs to a new playlist

Hi, I’m having some trouble with the new Spotify app update. I wanted to create a new playlist and add a heap of new songs in there at once, but I can’t seem to find how. I don’t want to go through the tedious process off clicking on every song and adding them individually to my new playlist. Can anyone help?

I don't know of a way to add multiple tracks on the iOS app in this way. You could always save a full album to a playlist if an artist had multiple songs you wanted and then remove any you didn't want to keep.
The best solution I know though is to use the desktop app if you can. This allows much easier library control and it's really quick to drag+drop and highlight multiple items at once. You can even create your own playlist cover art. Your changes would then be reflected on your mobile app.
