How to download app when under the system requirements?

My Question or Issue

I have just purchased a second hand iPhone 5, I have got the operating system up to its maximum level of 10.3.4 but the minimum requirements to download Spotify app is iOS11. Can I download a Spotify version with lower system requirements?

According to their system requirements you need a device that supports at least IOS 11 to be able to install and use Spotify.
