How to transfer downloaded playlists between accounts?

Hello everyone,
So here is the problem: I just decided to change my account that had lots of playlists in it to another new account. Most of the playlists were downloaded and i checked the storage and it was there so I thought that when I create the new account I'll just copy my playlists and they'd be instantly downloaded. I tried copying it or following the playlists in my old account but it just starts downloading all over. Anyone know how to fix this problem? Sorry if I have grammar mistakes English is not my native language. Thanks!

We suggest you check out this help page shedding more light on transferring contents between accounts. Make sure you go through all the steps to cover all possible scenarios. 

Your saved playlists will be downloaded again on the device once you log in to the new account. This way your device synchronizes with the account contents. Make sure you perform the downloads under a stable, preferably wireless connection to save time and energy.
