Do you've tried to reinstall your client/app ? Here's a tutorial for a clean reinstallation. ^^

Hiya! Welcome to the Community. It may just be that your app takes a little bit of time to reflect that you have paid for Premium. Can you check at https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/overview/ to see if it shows that your Account is Spotify Premium. If it is - it's just app delays. If it is still Free on the web, keep on reading.

 

Did you pay using your Apple ID? If so - it may take a little bit of time because it wasn't processed directly through Spotify. If it's been quite a long time - it may be worth pinging Customer Support a message with your iTunes transaction ID and Apple ID. You can e-mail Spotify at: https://support.spotify.com/uk/contact-spotify-support/?contact

 

NEVER SEND SENSITIVE INFORMATION LIKE CARD NUMBERS AND SECURITY CODES PUBLICALLY ON THE COMMUNITY FORUMS, IN PRIVATE MESSAGES TO PEOPLE ON THE COMMUNITY FORUMS, NOR THROUGH E-MAIL TO SPOTIFY. IF YOU GET AN E-MAIL FROM SPOTIFY ASKING FOR CARD INFORMATION, IT MIGHT BE A SPOOF. THEY DON'T NEED THAT INFORMATION FROM YOU.
