Because it is Spotify 😉 

Not even spotify support know what spotify is anyway. I emailed them ages ago about this idiotic new UI update and they thought it was a bug.

Why don’t you have a proper tech support?

 

i am having issues: the music randomly stops playing without any error message. How can I find the root cause of this problem?
