Could you try restarting your iPhone?

If that doesn't help, could you try reinstalling the YouTube app and see if that makes a difference? If not, try reinstalling the Spotify app as well.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what iPhone model you have, as well as the iOS version. You can find this info by going to Settings > General > About.
