I have tried all of the advice on the website and the Spotify solutions page but nothing works. Can you please help me. I have reinstalled the add, logged in and out, checked the name on the receipt. Everything.

Which country and payment type did you use? When did you purchase and with which device? Sometimes it takes an hour or so t replicate through to all devices (different servers etc)

OK, moved out of the Android board to iOS.

If it's been a couple of hours try logging out & back in again now.
