Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

 

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. So, would you mind describing to us what's exactly happening? Are you able to download content but not listen to it offline? It'd be very helpful if you sent us as many details as possible so we could have a better sense of what's happening.


On another note, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device, along with the Spotify version you're running? Is your account in our free service, or is it in our Premium service?


Lastly, did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event, such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.
