I can't synchro my iphone 3

I have Spotify Premiun and the firts time I connet the iphone all was Ok. All songs were download to the iphone, but since that time I can't update.

 

Pc and iphone use same wifi, but I dont know the problem. What can I do?

 

What I'm doing bad?

Could you clarify the issue. Are you trying to sync the local tracks from the PC to the device? Or Syncing playlists to Offline usage from Spotify catalog?

Hello, i have also spotify premium on my iPhone 5, but also THE songs can't synchronize for the offline mode. So it's loading at the
First song, but never goes to the second one. What do i have to do to solve this problem. Thanks in advance. Greetings Frederik
