I can’t use spotify on my iphone even though I pay for the premium account.

Description

I have Spotify Premium but when I use spotify on my iphone it says "Spotify Premium is required for on-demand mobile streaming. It's free to stream on the desktop." I can’t use spotify on my iphone even though I pay for the premium account.

I have repeatedly deleted the app and installed it again but it still doesn’t work.

Please help me!

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to be activated on devices.

On Spotify desktop, does it say 'Spotfy premium' at the top?

Try re logging in or a clean reinstall of your mobile Spotify.

Make sure you're using the account you activated with, it is a common issue where users subscribe with their spotify account then login with their facebook dedtails; it's very easy to have 2 accounts at the moment!
