I can't use the offline mode

Hello everybody I recently subscribed to spotify premium and I can't hear my playlist on the offline mode, one message is displayed suggesting me to upgrade to spotify premium. What can I do?

Hey ti77,

It looks like you are logging in with your Facebook details and not your Spotify account.  If you login using your username yosvtit and your Spotify password, you will be able to use your offline mode.

I can see that your playlists are on the account linked to your Facebook.  If you contact Support at this link and ask them to merge the accounts, they will copy over the lists and starred tracks for you.  They will need your date of birth and post/zipcode to do this.
