I cannot download some songs - white/green icon is missing.

Hello,

I own a Premium account and I have an Ipad Mini. My problem is that, even being connected to WIFI, I cannot download some songs to listen to them offline. I have a playlist that contains around 900 songs; they all download properly but at some point the icon with the arrow of the next song to be downloaded in the queue is not white or green anymore; this icon simply disappears and the download stops and gets stucked. I have tried everything: I updated to iOS 8.2, restarted my Ipad, disconnected WIFI and reconnected it, reinstalled the app, deleted the song that gets stucked with no download icon but it happens the same to the next song. Everything!!! I've had this problem for some days so any help would be really apprecciated.

Have you checked to make sure you have enough free storage space on your iPad? It could be that it stops because the storage is full.
