I cant download some albums

I have premium, but i cant download some albums. i try A.R. Kane "Singles Collection" and R.A.P. Ferreira: "Purple Moonlight Pages "

Its says that i have too much albums but i erased all the library and still have the same message. I try others and get the same thing aswell.

One is when i try to download and the other is my library...as you can see, i only have 4 albums and getting that error.
