Are you not able to login everywhere? or just certain places? For example, are you able to login on the desktop app but not on the web player or on the mobile app?

@maryamsultan25 Just to confirm, are you still having this problem? Make sure if you use a Spotify username only enter that username (not an email) to login. 🙂
