I got a new iphone and i cant log in

I got a new iphone and i cant log in

I just bought a brand new iphone 6 plus and spotify doesnt like it. I have resest the password atleast 6 times and I can log in fine on my computer.  I followed your trouble shooting three times. is it possible to talk to someone on the phone? I really hate this kind of hlep.

Does it give you any error message?

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.


If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
