I have a paid membership. Spotify only plays every other song.

I made playlists. I have paid membership but every other and more songs wont play.

Thanks for reaching out.

As a first step, can you please let us know if the songs that won't play are marked as explicit? If yes, then you might want to disable the explicit content filter in your settings.

It's also possible that the tracks you're trying to play are not available in your region. If you don't want them to appear in your playlists, simply disable the option "Show unplayable songs".

If you think something else is causing this, please try the following:

• Reinstall the app.
• Check if the same happens on a different device with a different internet connection.

It would also be helpful if you can send us a screenshot or a video of the issue.
