I have premium but it only lets me shuffle!

Hi, I have spotify premium (I pay 9.99/month) and it's worked no problem for the last few moths, but today it's not been letting me pick songs on demand- it just lets me shuffle only! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and my payments are up to date so I'm not sure why this has happened, please help!

Hello!

 

Recently people have been having problems with their subscriptions.

The only way yet discovered to fix these account problems is to cancel their subscription here, wait a few minutes and then re-subscribe Spotify.

That should fix the problem.

Hello!

 

Recently people have been having problems with their subscriptions.

The only way yet discovered to fix these account problems is to cancel their subscription here, wait a few minutes and then re-subscribe Spotify.

That should fix the problem.

I just got word that Spotify is looking into this problem and they are working on a fix.

 

Hopefully you'll be back with your music soon!

I have been suffering with this problem also. My premium service doesnt work on my iPhone, I have reinstalled the app and signed back in with no success. Gettiing fed up with this now, paying for a service that I cannot use.

Spotify is aware of this problem and are working on a fix.

If I cancel my subscription, then re subscribe will I be charged again for this month of service?
